São Gonçalo do Bação Cultural and Natural Heritage Circuit

This project aims, meeting the demands of the community of São Gonçalo do Bação, municipality of Itabirito, together with the SAFM Mineração, to value its Cultural Heritage, providing the definition of primordial historical circuits of historical and tourist interest in the locality, through activities of a comprehensive Integrated Action Plan.

21 cultural assets were chosen to be part of a signaling and inventory system, which will compose 3 Circuits, namely: “Fountains”, “Alleys” and “Historical Attractions” (civil and religious). They will also form part of a “Digital Asset Signaling System”, following the reference standards and legislation.
