Fountain made by artist José Vitor, who used bricks and mortar in its construction. It is part of the set of fountains made in Bação, on the occasion of a water distribution project in the early 20th century, on the initiative of Mayor Joaquim Costa Sena.

It is part of the set of fountains built by José Vitor, with a similar design to the fountain on Cruzeiro street. Set in a public area, next to the front dividing fence of land attached to a residence, it is close to the cross and the western end of Antônio de Paula alley, a small square that makes up the urban fabric, framed by vegetation that enhances its location in the complex. It features a rectangular projection base in a masonry structure covered with smooth plaster, on two levels. A pillar slightly away from the back fabric forms the support for the faucet. The top finish is made by an element in the form of a small dome with decorative friezes and a more elaborate profile than the Fountain on Cruzeiro street. It has a masonry structure and a coating possibly composed of sand and lime. It is 1.91m tall.
