It is the only remaining townhouse in the town, where two others with similar architectural characteristics once existed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">It is the most important and prominent residential building in the urban landscape, facing the Padre Bernardo Firmino square. In relation to the current circulation routes, an area that houses large trees, with an irregular &#8220;U&#8221; shape. On the 1st floor there are external stone masonry, with an exceptional system of stone buttresses on the rear fa\u00e7ade and internal divisions in wattle and daub, mezzaelo floors. The upper floor has wattle and daub and adobe masonry, with some interventions in bricks and plank floors. The roof adopts the four-pitch system, keeping the curved ceramic tiles. Eaves finished in dowels. The main facade is quite simple and devoid of ornaments. On the ground floor, two twin doorways at the ends, flanking a window and a simple door. On the upper floor, five straight lintel windows are harmoniously distributed. The 1st floor now houses shops, a kitchen and a warehouse.
